A multinacional australiana Wellard deve realizar seu primeiro embarque de gado vivo pelo Porto de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, no litoral norte de S\u00e3o Paulo, nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas. Em nota, a Scot Consultoria afirma que esta \u00e9 mais uma via de escoamento e que deve resultar em uma concorr\u00eancia positiva para o pecuarista.<\/p>\n

\"GADO5\"<\/a>Ainda segundo a Scot, o perfil dos bovinos dessa primeira opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de animais novos, de at\u00e9 300 quilos, produtos de cruzamento industrial, al\u00e9m de anelorados e das ra\u00e7as Angus, Bradford, Hereford e outras europeias. A \u00e1rea de prospec\u00e7\u00e3o abrange os estados de Goi\u00e1s, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Paran\u00e1 e S\u00e3o Paulo, afirma a consultoria. Os embarques devem ser feitos em dois navios da empresa, constru\u00eddos especialmente para a atividade de transporte de carga viva, sendo um com capacidade para 22 mil cabe\u00e7as e o outro, para 7,5 mil.<\/p>\n

O diretor comercial da Wellard, Adriano Caruzo, afirmou que o Estabelecimento de Pr\u00e9-Embarque (EPE) dos animais foi feito na regi\u00e3o de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Rio Preto, no interior paulista.<\/p>\n
