Os servidores do Instituto de Defesa do Estado de Mato Grosso (Indea-MT) decidiram retornar aos postos de trabalho. Todos os servi\u00e7os que estavam paralisados ou foram prejudicados por falta de profissionais voltar\u00e3o a funcionar normalmente.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o comunicado enviado ao governo do Estado, pelo Sindicato dos Fiscais Estaduais da Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria e Florestal do Estado de Mato Grosso (Sinfa-MT), a categoria se reuniu na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, em assembleia geral, ap\u00f3s receber a proposta de Reajuste Geral Anual (RGA) formulada pelo governo e decidiu pelo fim do movimento.<\/p>\n

Os profissionais optaram por retornar aos postos de trabalho e seguir com as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com o Executivo. Os trabalhadores estavam paralisados desde o dia 6 deste m\u00eas por n\u00e3o concordar com a proposta de RGA apresentada.\"5e2185e8c104b4849245b5e02877ffde\"<\/a><\/p>\n

A expectativa \u00e9 que 100% dos servi\u00e7os que estavam parados sejam retomados completamente. Ainda esta semana os servi\u00e7os de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de suspeita de doen\u00e7as e pragas; atividades nas barreiras sanit\u00e1rias internacionais; postos fiscais; emiss\u00e3o das Guias de Tr\u00e2nsito Animal (GTA’s); vigil\u00e2ncia e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o que estavam operando em capacidade reduzida ser\u00e3o retomados em 100%. Servi\u00e7os administrativos que estavam parados tamb\u00e9m ir\u00e3o recome\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n

O retorno dos trabalhadores foi reconhecido pelo secret\u00e1rio do Estado de Gest\u00e3o, J\u00falio Modesto, que entende que por conta do momento de crise financeira em que o pa\u00eds se encontra, a retomada do di\u00e1logo \u00e9 a melhor solu\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cA proposta \u00e9 extremamente ben\u00e9fica ao servidor e aos cofres do Estado. Com ela, esperamos quitar o RGA e ao mesmo tempo continuar pagando o sal\u00e1rio do servidor em dia, ao contr\u00e1rio de 15 estados da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o que em atrasado e at\u00e9 mesmo parcelado os vencimentos\u201d.<\/p>\n

A proposta apresentada pelo Governo do Estado, na minuta do Projeto de Lei, prev\u00ea o parcelamento do Reajuste Geral Anual (RGA) de 2016 em sua totalidade, ou seja, 11,28%. Al\u00e9m dos 6% parcelados em tr\u00eas vezes, o Governo se compromete a quitar os 5,28%, condicionado \u00e0 Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal (LRF).<\/p>\n

Atendendo a um pedido dos sindicatos feito durante a \u00faltima reuni\u00e3o realizada com o F\u00f3rum Sindical em 10 de junho, com o objetivo de melhorar o n\u00edvel de conforto e seguran\u00e7a aos servidores, o Projeto de Lei traz em seu artigo 4\u00ba dois incisos definindo as datas espec\u00edficas do pagamento do res\u00edduo do 5,28%. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que o primeiro pagamento de 50% seja feito em maio de 2017 e os outros 50% em setembro do mesmo ano, sempre condicionado a reduzir o percentual da despesa total com pessoal em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Receita Corrente L\u00edquida abaixo de 49%.<\/p>\n

Outra reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o atendida, conforme o artigo 7\u00ba do Projeto de Lei, prev\u00ea a suspens\u00e3o de nomea\u00e7\u00f5es de novos servidores no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo Estadual at\u00e9 quita\u00e7\u00e3o do RGA de 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
