O governo de Mato Grosso declarou nesta sexta-feira, 17, em seu site, o fim da greve dos servidores do Instituto de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria do estado (Indea). O retorno dos servidores ao trabalho, entretanto, pode ser parcial, j\u00e1 que um dos sindicatos representantes dos funcion\u00e1rios decidiu prosseguir com o movimento. Enquanto o Sindicato dos Fiscais Estaduais de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria e Florestal do Estado de Mato Grosso (Sinfa-MT) concordou com o fim da greve, ap\u00f3s receber notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a mato-grossense determinando a ilegalidade da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o, o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores do Sistema Agr\u00edcola, Agr\u00e1rio, Pecu\u00e1rio e Florestal (Sintap-MT) afirmou que a greve continua.\"canal<\/a><\/p>\n

Os servidores da defesa agropecu\u00e1ria do estado iniciaram o movimento em 6 de junho, reivindicando principalmente reajuste salarial de 11,28%. J\u00e1 em 9 de junho, a desembargadora Serly Marcondes Alves, do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Mato Grosso concedeu liminar considerando a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal, conforme nota do governo do estado. O Sintap, por sua vez, disse que n\u00e3o foi notificado, e por isso continuar\u00e1 com a greve, mantendo em atividade apenas 30% dos servidores. O sindicato informa, ainda, que chegou a impetrar um mandado de seguran\u00e7a contra o governo, solicitando uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o da legalidade da greve, mas teve o pedido indeferido pela desembargadora Ant\u00f4nia Siqueira Gon\u00e7alves Rodrigues, tamb\u00e9m do TJ-MT.<\/p>\n

A greve dos servidores, principalmente a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o dos fiscais agropecu\u00e1rios, tem deixado os produtores rurais apreensivos, tendo em vista que esses fiscais s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pela emiss\u00e3o da Guia de Tr\u00e2nsito Animal (GTAs). Sem a GTA, nenhum animal vivo, como bovinos, su\u00ednos, frangos e at\u00e9 passarinhos, pode ser transportado dentro ou fora do estado. Diante disso, v\u00e1rias agroind\u00fastrias e produtores do estado vinham entrando com pedido de liminar \u2013 e obtendo autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 para o transporte de animais.<\/p>\n

Conforme afirmou o consultor Amado de Oliveira Filho, da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (Acrimat), o prolongamento da greve pode chegar a impulsionar o pre\u00e7o da arroba do boi gordo no mercado f\u00edsico. Para a analista Isabella Camargo, da Scot Consultoria, por\u00e9m, o pre\u00e7o da arroba n\u00e3o deve ser afetado no curto prazo. De acordo com ela, os frigor\u00edficos mato-grossenses ainda t\u00eam conseguido realizar compras de bois no f\u00edsico, apesar do maior grau de dificuldade – h\u00e1 produtores que conseguem emitir a GTA eletronicamente, sem depender diretamente dos fiscais agropecu\u00e1rios, da\u00ed a possibilidade.<\/p>\n

“No momento tem uma oferta razo\u00e1vel. Os frigor\u00edficos est\u00e3o com escala de abate at\u00e9 para ter\u00e7a-feira, dia 21. N\u00e3o vai ter mudan\u00e7a no pre\u00e7o por enquanto, mas pode ser que mais para frente isso ocorra”, diz. Em evento em S\u00e3o Paulo, no dia 14, o diretor-fundador da Scot, Alcides Torres J\u00fanior, comentou tamb\u00e9m que a greve poderia fazer a arroba subir em Estados vizinhos, que costumam buscar gado em Mato Grosso. “No pr\u00f3prio estado, afeta aqueles pecuaristas que est\u00e3o com necessidade urgente de fazer caixa, embora quem tinha gado pra vender j\u00e1 vendeu e a maioria pode esperar o problema acabar”, comentou, alertando, na ocasi\u00e3o: “Quando a greve terminar, h\u00e1 a possibilidade de queda da arroba mato-grossense por uma quest\u00e3o de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta, mas isso vai depender de quanto tempo isso vai durar”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
