A greve dos servidores do Instituto de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria de Mato Grosso (Indea) causou aos frigor\u00edficos do Estado cerca de R$ 27,5 milh\u00f5es em preju\u00edzos. O setor industrial revela estar operando abaixo de 50% de sua capacidade instalada com a falta de bovinos, visto n\u00e3o serem todos os pecuaristas de Mato Grosso com cadastro para emitir a Guia de Tr\u00e2nsito Animal Eletr\u00f4nica (GTAe), ou seja, direto de sua propriedade.<\/p>\n

Os servidores do Indea participam da greve geral dos servidores estaduais, que cobram o pagamento da Revis\u00e3o Geral Anual (RGA) de 11,28%. A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da categoria teve in\u00edcio no dia 06 de junho.<\/p>\n

\"abate4\"<\/a>Na quinta-feira, 16 de junho, a desembargadora Serly Marcondes Alves julgou ilegal a greve dos dois sindicatos que representam os servidores do Indea. Sindicato Estadual dos Servidores P\u00fablicos do Sistema Agr\u00edcola Agr\u00e1rio e Pecu\u00e1rio do Estado de Mato Grosso (Sintap) e o Sindicato dos Fiscais Estaduais de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria e Florestal do Estado de Mato Grosso (Sinfa) dever\u00e3o retornar as atividades, sob pena de desconto dos dias parados, e di\u00e1ria de R$ 100.000,00.<\/p>\n

O preju\u00edzo di\u00e1rio para a ind\u00fastria frigor\u00edfica de bovinos em Mato Grosso ficou entre R$ 2 milh\u00f5es e R$ 2,5 milh\u00f5es, segundo o presidente do Sindicato das Ind\u00fastrias de Frigor\u00edficos de Mato Grosso (Sindifrigo), Luiz Ant\u00f4nio Freitas Martins.<\/p>\n

Em entrevista ao Agro Olhar, Freitas destacou que a ind\u00fastria mato-grossense com isso deixou de honrar compromissos com o mercado interno e externo, uma vez que Mato Grosso exporta carne bovinas para diversos pa\u00edses como a China, Venezuela, Jap\u00e3o e R\u00fassia.<\/p>\n

\u201cH\u00e1 frigor\u00edficos ficaram alguns dias parados. S\u00e3o poucos os produtores cadastrados para emitir o GTAe. \u00c9 mais um agravante para o setor que j\u00e1 vem sofrendo com falta de animais para abater, devido a baixo estoque de machos, e dificuldades com vendas pelo fato do consumo estar retra\u00eddo. \u00c9 inaceit\u00e1vel e inadmiss\u00edvel isso. Esperamos que se resolva logo\u201d, declarou Freitas.<\/p>\n

O deputado Ondanir Bortolini (PSD), Nininho, pontua que a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de direito dos servidores. Ele salienta que todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os s\u00e3o essenciais, incluindo o Indea, para arrecadar e gerar fluxo de caixa para o Estado. Por\u00e9m, segundo o deputado estadual, os manifestantes pecam em n\u00e3o cumprir a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o de 30% da categoria atendendo a popula\u00e7\u00e3o (em sistema de revezamento).<\/p>\n

\u201cEu espero que o funcionalismo retorne e siga negociando com o governo. Tem que se achar um equil\u00edbrio para isso e tem que bom senso em ambas as partes. No caso do Indea os preju\u00edzos s\u00e3o grandes, pois deixa de transportar o animal e abater, por exemplo. Isso tem trazido grande transtorno e eu tenho acompanhado junto ao presidente do Indea, Guilherme Nolasco. J\u00e1 liguei para v\u00e1rios chefes das regionais pedindo empenho deles e que eles atendam ao menos os mais emergenciais ou tomem providenciais. Ontem mesmo ligaram de Rondon\u00f3polis, onde h\u00e1 um compromisso com uma ind\u00fastria frigor\u00edfica de su\u00ednos, contrato, em S\u00e3o Gabriel do Oeste (MS) e n\u00e3o est\u00e3o conseguindo tirar os su\u00ednos devido a GTA.
