Representantes da rede internacional de hipermercados Carrefour se reuniram na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira, 20 de junho, com o governador Pedro Taques para ampliar parcerias na \u00e1rea da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de carne. A reuni\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m resultou na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma agenda para um evento que ser\u00e1 realizado em agosto, em parceria com a rede de supermercados.<\/p>\n

Mato Grosso \u00e9 atualmente o \u00fanico estado brasileiro, e o sexto do mundo, que conta com um instituto respons\u00e1vel para atestar a qualidade da carne produzida. O trabalho desenvolvido pelo Instituto Mato-Grossense da Carne (Imac) conta com crit\u00e9rios definidos e que far\u00e3o parte do protocolo de qualidade.\"rede-carrefour\"<\/a><\/p>\n

O secret\u00e1rio geral de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais do Carrefour, St\u00e9phane Engelhard, tamb\u00e9m ressaltou o interesse do grupo em firmar parceria na \u00e1rea de mercado do peixe com o Estado.<\/p>\n

\u201cA ideia \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m organizar uma visita em uma das fazendas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de peixe. Temos mais de 250 grandes lojas e comprar este produto (peixe) faz todo o sentido para n\u00f3s. A reuni\u00e3o resultou em um in\u00edcio de uma excelente rela\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, pontuou o executivo.<\/p>\n

Outro interesse dos dirigentes do grupo est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es de sustentabilidade desenvolvidas por Mato Grosso. O Diretor de Sustentabilidade do Carrefour, Paulo Pianez Diretor de Sustentabilidade do Carrefour, Paulo Pianez, elogiou as iniciativas do Estado no \u00e2mbito da seguran\u00e7a ambiental.<\/p>\n

\u201cEm conversa com secret\u00e1rios estaduais, fomos apresentados \u00e0 Estrat\u00e9gia PCI: Produzir, Conservar e Incluir, e tamb\u00e9m ao Imac. Ambas as propostas v\u00e3o de encontro ao que o grupo Carrefour vem desenvolvendo. No pa\u00eds \u00e9 uma iniciativa \u00fanica, que trabalha a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da carne do ponto de vista da qualidade, dos conceitos ambientais, para assim se fazer um produto diferenciado e certificado\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sobre o evento a ser realizado em agosto, Pianez destacou as possibilidades de ampliar as discuss\u00f5es na \u00e1rea de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cO objetivo do Grupo Carrefour, que opera em Mato Grosso pela rede de supermercados Atacad\u00e3o, \u00e9 fazer em conjunto um evento para discutir os caminhos, futuro, o que o Estado vem fazendo na \u00e1rea, o que a iniciativa privada tem produzido e o que mais pode fazer. Queremos ampliar as discuss\u00f5es e suas vertentes\u201d, explicou o diretor.<\/p>\n

Ainda na reuni\u00e3o, o governador Pedro Taques frisou o trabalho do Estado em manter a qualidade e compromisso socioambiental no setor produtivo. Atualmente, Mato Grosso conta com 60% da \u00e1rea territorial preservada e a expectativa \u00e9 de que at\u00e9 2020, alcance zero no desmatamento.<\/p>\n

Taques ainda refor\u00e7ou que o rebanho bovino mato-grossense \u00e9 hoje livre da febre aftosa com vacina\u00e7\u00e3o e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o su\u00edna livre da peste cl\u00e1ssica. \u201cTemos trabalhado para fazer com que a carne de Mato Grosso chegue ao mercado com toda qualidade e certifica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
