Apenas 14 produtores rurais de Mato Grosso conseguiram validar a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) at\u00e9 o momento. Isso ocorre porque o estado j\u00e1 tinha um sistema pr\u00f3prio de cadastramento, o Programa Mato-Grossense de Legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental Rural (MT Legal), regulamentado em 2009, mas precisou migrar para a plataforma do Sistema Nacional de Cadastro Ambiental Rural (Sicar). A demora e as dificuldades para an\u00e1lise do CAR travam neg\u00f3cios e investimentos e deixam o setor apreensivo, segundo o presidente da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o de Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria do estado (Famato), Rui Prado.\"CAR\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cInfelizmente est\u00e1 um caos. \u00c9 imposs\u00edvel se regularizar. Se o governo federal e o governo estadual n\u00e3o conseguem conversar em quest\u00f5es de inform\u00e1tica, n\u00e3o conseguem fazer com que o sistema funcione, quem est\u00e1 pagando o pato \u00e9 o produtor rural\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n

De acordo com Prado, o risco para o setor \u00e9 grande com o impasse sobre a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00e1reas rurais do estado. \u201cTrava novos investimentos, trava a vida do produtor. Sem o cadastro ele n\u00e3o consegue cr\u00e9dito. Estamos conversando e esperamos que os governos fa\u00e7am acontecer, tem que resolver urgentemente\u201d.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Secretaria de Meio Ambiente de Mato Grosso (Sema), existem 106 mil im\u00f3veis rurais inscritos atualmente no estado, o que corresponde a uma \u00e1rea de 58,9 milh\u00f5es de hectares e representa perto de 81% da superf\u00edcie cadastr\u00e1vel. O percentual de an\u00e1lise, por\u00e9m, preocupa: menos de 1% do total cadastrado at\u00e9 o momento.<\/p>\n

Na semana passada, o vice-governador de Mato Grosso e tamb\u00e9m secret\u00e1rio estadual de Meio Ambiente, Carlos F\u00e1varo, esteve em Bras\u00edlia reunido com o ministro do Meio Ambiente, Sarney Filho. F\u00e1varo deve apresentar uma proposta para aprimorar o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel o sistema federal para atender \u00e0 demanda do estado que apresenta n\u00edvel t\u00e3o baixo de an\u00e1lise e valida\u00e7\u00e3o do CAR.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
