De f\u00e1cil manejo, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de b\u00fafalos em Mato Grosso aos poucos apresenta crescimento, apesar da falta de\"Bufalos_aldo\"<\/a> incentivos para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o e de ind\u00fastrias adequadas para o abate, o que permitiria ao consumidor final uma maior op\u00e7\u00e3o de carne, leite e seus derivados com pre\u00e7os mais acess\u00edveis. Em 2015, o rebanho de bubalinos no Estado apresentou um leve incremento de 2,15% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 2014.<\/p>\n

Levantamento do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria e Abastecimento (Mapa) revela que Mato Grosso em 2015 possu\u00eda um rebanho de bubalinos de 16.282 cabe\u00e7as, volume superior as 15.939 cabe\u00e7as constatadas no ano anterior. Entre bovinos e bubalinos o Estado possui um rebanho de 29,259 milh\u00f5es de cabe\u00e7as. No Brasil, das 215,002 milh\u00f5es de cabe\u00e7as existentes 1,183 milh\u00e3o s\u00e3o bubalinos.<\/p>\n

O b\u00fafalo, segundo o criador Aldo Rezende Teles, de Brasnorte, \u201c\u00e9 melhor que o bovino em tudo\u201d, visto possuir um couro superior e possuir um leite com 6% de gordura, enquanto o do gado leiteiro apenas 4%. \u201cOutro ponto \u00e9 que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de vaqueiro. Ele \u00e9 um animal que se cria praticamente sozinho. O \u00fanico problema do b\u00fafalo, hoje, \u00e9 que ele n\u00e3o tem uma quantidade grande para manter a venda\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"aldo_rezende\"<\/a>Teles cria b\u00fafalos h\u00e1 mais de 30 anos. Antes de vir para Mato Grosso, possu\u00eda uma propriedade em Goi\u00e1s onde criava cerca de 200 b\u00fafalos. Em Brasnorte, revela, come\u00e7ou com apenas tr\u00eas cabe\u00e7as e hoje seu rebanho conta com 50. \u201cO b\u00fafalo s\u00f3 vai para o curral quando necess\u00e1rio, mais precisamente para as vacinas. O custo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 praticamente o mesmo do gado de corte. A diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que n\u00e3o precisa ficar o tempo todo de olho nele. Esse ano meus b\u00fafalos estavam entrando na lavoura e n\u00f3s os levamos para um piquete de aproximadamente um hectare, que tinha uma lagoa, passamos a dar ra\u00e7\u00e3o para eles e n\u00e3o tivemos problema algum. Se voc\u00ea fizer um bom manejo com o animal, ele \u00e9 t\u00e3o manso quanto qualquer outro animal\u201d.<\/p>\n

Retorno ao produtor e incentivos<\/strong><\/p>\n

O retorno ao produtor \u00e9 o mesmo do verificado no gado de corte, explica Teles. Contudo, o produtor salienta que os frigor\u00edficos n\u00e3o est\u00e3o preparados para receber tais animais. \u201c\u00c9 um animal mais pesado, seu couro \u00e9 diferente e n\u00e3o pode misturar com o do gado de cote, bem como seus mi\u00fados. Para ter um crescimento maior da cria\u00e7\u00e3o teria que haver interesse de um frigor\u00edfico, nem que fosse pequena a planta, espec\u00edfico para abater o b\u00fafalo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Outro ponto que auxiliaria do rebanho de b\u00fafalos, na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do criador, seria a exist\u00eancia de incentivos por parte do Governo Federal. \u201cO b\u00fafalo \u00e9 um animal com uma carne mais saud\u00e1vel, pois tem menos gordura. Se houvesse incentivo, tamb\u00e9m, por parte do governo ter\u00edamos no mercado mais uma op\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de qualidade\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
