J\u00e1 a de carne bovina deve ter um aumento de 2,4% ao ano. Os n\u00fameros foram apresentados na \u00faltima sexta, dia 15, no boletim &#8220;Proje\u00e7\u00f5es do Agroneg\u00f3cio &#8211; Brasil 2015\/2016 a 2025\/2026&#8221;, com estimativas para as principais culturas agr\u00edcolas cultivadas no pa\u00eds.<a href=\"http:\/\/acrimat.org.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/FRIGORIFICO2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-97975722 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/acrimat.org.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/FRIGORIFICO2-300x206.jpg\" alt=\"FRIGORIFICO2)\" width=\"300\" height=\"206\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com base no relat\u00f3rio da OECD-FAO, o minist\u00e9rio afirma ainda que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o total de todas as carnes em 2015\/2016 est\u00e1 estimada em 26,3 milh\u00f5es de toneladas e a proje\u00e7\u00e3o para o final da pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada \u00e9 produzir 34,1 milh\u00f5es de toneladas, um aumento de 29,8%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quanto \u00e0s exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, as proje\u00e7\u00f5es indicam elevadas taxas de crescimento para os tr\u00eas tipos de carnes analisados. Os embarques das prote\u00ednas de frango e de su\u00ednos devem crescer 3,6% ao ano durante o per\u00edodo e a bovina, 3,1%. As exporta\u00e7\u00f5es totais de carnes ao final do per\u00edodo das proje\u00e7\u00f5es devem passar de 7 milh\u00f5es de toneladas em 2015\/2016, para 9,9 milh\u00f5es de toneladas em 2025\/2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainda de acordo com o relat\u00f3rio, o grande mercado para a carne bovina \u00e9 representado por Hong Kong, R\u00fassia, Uni\u00e3o Europeia, Venezuela e Egito. Para a carne de frango, os principais destinos s\u00e3o Ar\u00e1bia Saudita, Uni\u00e3o Europeia, Jap\u00e3o, China, Emirados \u00c1rabes Unidos, Hong Kong e Venezuela. Para a su\u00edna, R\u00fassia, Hong Kong e Cingapura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre o consumo dom\u00e9stico, as proje\u00e7\u00f5es para as carnes de frango, su\u00ednos e bovina no per\u00edodo 2015\/2016 a 2025\/2026 s\u00e3o de um crescimento anual de 2,8%, 2,5% e de 1,5%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Leite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de leite, o minist\u00e9rio afirma que esta dever\u00e1 crescer nos pr\u00f3ximos 10 anos a uma taxa anual entre 2,3% e 3,1%, de 34,2 bilh\u00f5es de litros em 2016, para entre 42,9 e 47,3 bilh\u00f5es de litros. O consumo deve aumentar entre 2,2% e 3,5%. &#8220;O crescimento da oferta nos \u00faltimos 20 anos foi em torno de 4% ao ano e ainda existe muita tecnologia para ser incorporada, com reflexos na produtividade do rebanho&#8221;, afirma o relat\u00f3rio.
