A medida foi sancionada pelo presidente interino Michel Temer, ontem, e publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, que circulou hoje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes a penalidade para o furto de animais de abate era de um a quatro anos de reclus\u00e3o e com a Lei 13.330\/16 a pena passa a ser de dois a cinco anos de reclus\u00e3o para quem comete o crime e se estende tamb\u00e9m para a recepta\u00e7\u00e3o do animal.
