Na expectativa de ampliar mercados para exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de gado vivo, diversas entidades do agroneg\u00f3cio reuniram-se na \u00faltima semana Departamento de Sa\u00fade Animal (DSA), do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria e Abastecimento (Mapa), em Bras\u00edlia, DF.\"gado4\"<\/a><\/p>\n

O principal assunto debatido durante o encontro foi a revis\u00e3o da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa N\u00ba 13, de mar\u00e7o de 2010, que estabelece normas e procedimentos b\u00e1sicos para a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de animais vivos para exporta\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cNosso foco \u00e9 desburocratizar e aprimorar as exig\u00eancias para habilita\u00e7\u00e3o de Estabelecimento de Pr\u00e9-Embarque (EPE), previstas nos artigos da IN 13, em todos os estados brasileiros\u201d, disse a diretora substituta do DSA\/Mapa, Val\u00e9ria Martins.<\/p>\n

A representante da Superintend\u00eancia Federal de Agricultura no Par\u00e1 (SFA-PA), Luana Helene Oliveira, apresentou o Procedimento Operacional Padr\u00e3o (POP), utilizado no estado do Par\u00e1, que dentre outros procedimentos, detalha as condi\u00e7\u00f5es para habilitar um EPE, como estrutura para o gado e funcion\u00e1rios, instala\u00e7\u00e3o de laborat\u00f3rios, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de pastagem, entre outros. \u201cAl\u00e9m desses requisitos, o documento traz um termo de compromisso quanto ao cumprimento de a\u00e7\u00f5es para o bem-estar animal, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente e sanidade animal\u201d, explicou Luana.<\/p>\n

Simult\u00e2neo a revis\u00e3o da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa N\u00ba 13, o grupo organiza um workshop para homologar a nova medida e padronizar o servi\u00e7o em todo o Brasil. O evento acontecer\u00e1 em Bel\u00e9m do Par\u00e1 e contar\u00e1 com palestras t\u00e9cnicas e visitas a Estabelecimentos de Pr\u00e9-Embarque. A data ainda n\u00e3o foi definida.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Coordenador de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Animal da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o da Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria do Brasil (CNA), Juliano Hoffmann, o workshop ser\u00e1 fundamental para validar, junto a todo o setor, as altera\u00e7\u00f5es que est\u00e3o sendo constru\u00eddas para modernizar a IN 13, al\u00e9m de divulgar o potencial de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de gado vivo em diferentes palestras.<\/p>\n
