A\"boi_criacao_mato_grosso\"<\/a>pesar de n\u00e3o ser comum, o mercado iniciou a semana movimentado. Houve reajuste positivo para a arroba do boi gordo em nove pra\u00e7as na \u00faltima segunda-feira (12\/9).<\/p>\n

Na maior parte das regi\u00f5es pesquisadas pela Scot Consultoria, ainda h\u00e1 resist\u00eancia de alguns compradores em pagar mais pela mat\u00e9ria-prima. Mas, quem precisa comprar, acaba tendo que aumentar os pre\u00e7os.<\/p>\n

A disponibilidade de animais terminados \u00e9 limitada. Al\u00e9m disso, as recentes melhoras nas margens de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o permitem que neg\u00f3cios aconte\u00e7am em patamares de pre\u00e7os maiores, quando necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

No atacado, pre\u00e7os est\u00e1veis depois das altas seguidas, com o boi casado de animais castrados cotado em R$9,96\/kg, pre\u00e7o 17,5% mais alto que h\u00e1 um m\u00eas.<\/p>\n

Para o curto prazo, fica a expectativa quanto aos pre\u00e7os da carne e \u00e0 margem das ind\u00fastrias, que podem permitir pagamentos maiores para o boi gordo.<\/p>\n
