\"ITR\"<\/a>O volume de declara\u00e7\u00f5es do Imposto sobre Propriedade Territorial Rural (ITR) entregues dentro do prazo em 2016 aumentou 1,5% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o \u00faltimo ano em Mato Grosso. Entre 22 de agosto e 30 de setembro deste ano foram repassadas 121,602 mil DITR, informou a Receita Federal. Em 2015, dentro do prazo legal o Fisco recebeu 119,797 mil declara\u00e7\u00f5es. Os valores arrecadados durante o prazo de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas ainda n\u00e3o foi apurado pela Receita. Durante todo o ano de 2015, foram entregues 156,690 mil declara\u00e7\u00f5es relativas ao ITR em Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n

As declara\u00e7\u00f5es entregues com atraso, ou seja, a partir de 1\u00ba de outubro, prev\u00eaem a cobran\u00e7a de multa de 1% por m\u00eas de atraso, calculada sobre o total do imposto devido. A Receita Federal informa que o valor cobrado n\u00e3o pode ser inferior a R$ 50, tanto no caso de im\u00f3vel rural sujeito \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto como de im\u00f3vel imune ou isento de ITR. Ao entregar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o com atraso pela internet, a multa \u00e9 gerada automaticamente, para ser paga em banco. Imposto fixado em at\u00e9 R$ 100 dever\u00e1 ser pago de uma s\u00f3 vez. S\u00e3o obrigados a declarar o ITR \u00e0 Receita Federal todas as pessoas f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas propriet\u00e1rias de im\u00f3veis rurais, titulares do dom\u00ednio \u00fatil ou possuidora de qualquer t\u00edtulo, al\u00e9m de cond\u00f4minos e inventariante em nome do esp\u00f3lio, quando ainda n\u00e3o estiver conclu\u00edda a partilha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
