Segundo a Scot Consultoria, ainda n\u00e3o se sabe como se comportar\u00e3o os pre\u00e7os nos dois \u00faltimos meses do ano, per\u00edodo em que tradicionalmente ocorre uma retomada de mercado.<\/p>\n

Neste momento, alguns frigor\u00edficos est\u00e3o bem posicionados em raz\u00e3o de um volume concentrado de boiadas originadas a termo, um cen\u00e1rio, que, aliado \u00e0 dificuldade de escoar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, tem resultado em um mercado morno para as boiadas terminadas.<\/p>\n

Na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, dia 1\u00ba, houve alta no mercado atacadista para a carne bovina com osso, com reajuste de 2,2% para o boi casado, cotado em R$ 9,70\/kg para carca\u00e7as de bovinos castrados. O desempenho \u00e9 2,1% maior do que o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2015, quando a carca\u00e7a era negociada em R$ 9,50\/kg.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
