Para garantir a receita, 42,7% dos pecuaristas optaram pelas vendas a termo e na BM&amp;F. \u201cO ano teve varia\u00e7\u00f5es consider\u00e1veis nas inten\u00e7\u00f5es de confinamento, e o produtor teve que avaliar os custos, os pre\u00e7os do boi gordo e as outras perspectivas do mercado, e escolher a melhor forma de vender seu produto. Quem observou o mercado, teve bons resultados\u201d, afirma Francisco Manzi, superintendente da Acrimat. Em 2015, o Estado registrou 669,8 mil animais confinados, enquanto 2016 aponta um total de 615,8 mil, uma queda de 8% nas inten\u00e7\u00f5es de confinamento de Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os custos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o foram os fatores que incentivaram os pecuaristas operarem com menor risco. Segundo o 3\u00ba Levantamento das Inten\u00e7\u00f5es de Confinamento em 2016, realizado pelo Instituto Mato-grossense de Economia Agropecu\u00e1ria (Imea), em maio o pre\u00e7o de balc\u00e3o (spot) chegava a R$ 134,00\/@, enquanto que as vendas a termo e BM&amp;F chegavam a R$ 150,00\/@, um acr\u00e9scimo de at\u00e9 12%. A expectativa de maior rentabilidade elevou em 29,95 p.p a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos de hedge (como s\u00e3o chamadas as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es a termo e BM&amp;F\/Bovespa), em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2015. \u00c9 o maior \u00edndice j\u00e1 registrado no Estado. O gerente de projetos da Acrimat, F\u00e1bio da Silva, \u201cProcurar se prevenir das oscila\u00e7\u00f5es de pre\u00e7o deve ser uma meta di\u00e1ria da pecu\u00e1ria e quando se encontram resultados como os apresentados no relat\u00f3rio, deve-se parabenizar o profissionalismo que os pecuaristas v\u00eam demonstrado com o confinamento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os pre\u00e7os das mat\u00e9rias primas, milho e farelo de soja, que no primeiro semestre foram apontadas com as grandes inibidoras das inten\u00e7\u00f5es, perderam for\u00e7a. \u00c9 o caso do milho, que teve queda de 20,9% desde maio\/16, mas continua encarecendo as di\u00e1rias para quem confina. Embora esses pre\u00e7os tenham recuado a receita tamb\u00e9m variou, j\u00e1 que a cota\u00e7\u00e3o do Boi Gordo tamb\u00e9m caiu.
