\"\"<\/a>Os membros da Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI) dos Frigor\u00edficos comemoraram a iniciativa do Poder Executivo em sancionar a Lei 10.486\/2016, que permite atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral do estoque de bovinos mato-grossense com benef\u00edcio ao pequeno e grande produtor, \u00e0 preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e o bem-estar animal. A norma foi proposta pelo Instituto de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria de Mato Grosso (Indea-MT), ap\u00f3s depoimento de Guilherme Nolasco, \u00e0 CPI.<\/p>\n

O primeiro-secret\u00e1rio da ALMT, deputado Ondanir Bortolini (PSD), Nininho, \u00e0 frente dos trabalhos da comiss\u00e3o, ressalta que a equipe t\u00e9cnica da CPI constatou em seus estudos a necessidade de atualizar os dados do plantel junto \u00e0 unidade mato-grossense do Indea. Com a edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei, o parlamentar entende que haver\u00e1 o aumento da prote\u00e7\u00e3o do rebanho contra a entrada de doen\u00e7as erradicadas ou ex\u00f3ticas e a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o de novos males, caso venham a ser detectados em Mato Grosso. Tamb\u00e9m fica estabelecido o combate sistem\u00e1tico \u00e0s doen\u00e7as end\u00eamicas a partir da preven\u00e7\u00e3o, controle e erradica\u00e7\u00e3o com abate sanit\u00e1rio\/elimina\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o de animais.<\/p>\n

\u201cQuando propusemos a recontagem do estoque sugerimos uma medida que poderia beneficiar o pequeno e o grande produtor, sem quaisquer puni\u00e7\u00f5es. Agora, com a nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, passa a viger uma medida de anistia aos que fizerem a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral de seus estoques de bovinos, v\u00e1lida j\u00e1 para a pr\u00f3xima etapa de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o em maio, sem que venham sofrer penalidades\u201d, explicou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n

Segundo o presidente do Indea, Guilherme Nolasco, \u00e9 objetivo prim\u00e1rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o a defesa sanit\u00e1ria animal a preven\u00e7\u00e3o, controle e\/ou erradica\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as de impacto econ\u00f4mico e de import\u00e2ncia zoon\u00f3tica, com a finalidade de valorizar o patrim\u00f4nio pecu\u00e1rio e a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica. A atual legisla\u00e7\u00e3o substitui a Lei 7.198, de 13 de julho de 1999.<\/p>\n

CPI dos Frigor\u00edficos –<\/strong> A CPI dos Frigor\u00edficos encerrou seus trabalhos no dia 13 de dezembro de 2016. O relat\u00f3rio final, votado e apresentado pelos membros da comiss\u00e3o, sugeriu medidas como a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de uma pol\u00edtica tribut\u00e1ria regionalizada para o setor; o realinhamento de pre\u00e7os; o levantamento do n\u00famero real do rebanho em Mato Grosso; a reabertura de plantas frigor\u00edficas e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o federal ao rebanho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
