A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (Acrimat) apresentou \u00e0 Secretaria do Estado de Fazenda (SEFAZ) um of\u00edcio que pede a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o do decreto que altera a al\u00edquota de 7% para 12% de ICMS para sa\u00eddas interestaduais de gado bovino em p\u00e9. O aumento de 71% no imposto foi publicado no decreto 777\/2016, no \u00faltimo dia 28 de dezembro. A entrega aconteceu durante uma reuni\u00e3o convocada pelo Instituto Mato-Grossense de Carnes (IMAC) para tratar especificamente do tema, com as principais entidades da cadeia produtiva da carne bovina no Estado.<\/p>\n

O projeto de reforma tribut\u00e1ria para Mato Grosso movimentou as discuss\u00f5es entre o Governo e o setor produtivo nos \u00faltimos meses de 2016 e, apesar da demanda do setor pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota do \u201cBoi em P\u00e9\u201d, o Governo editou o decreto com o aumento. Para a entidade, a medida representa forte interven\u00e7\u00e3o governamental na comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de gado no Estado. Segundo o presidente da Acrimat, Marco T\u00falio Duarte Soares, \u00e9 fundamental que o governo reavalie e revogue o decreto. \u201cO aumento dificulta a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de animais em p\u00e9 para outros Estados e prejudica a competitividade da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota possibilita aos pecuaristas, principalmente das regi\u00f5es Sul e Leste de Mato Grosso, melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es na negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, destacou Marco T\u00falio.<\/p>\n

Em 2015 sa\u00edram de Mato Grosso 202 mil cabe\u00e7as de gado para abate e outras 372 mil para engorda, segundo dados do Instituto de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria do Estado de Mato Grosso (INDEA). Al\u00e9m do ICMS, no m\u00eas de janeiro, o produtor ainda teve aumento de 1,5% no custo do envio do gado para o abate, que agora \u00e9 de R$ 40,25\/animal. \u201cAcreditamos que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota em 7%, manter\u00e1 o equil\u00edbrio da cadeia da pecu\u00e1ria, que h\u00e1 tempos trabalha com margens estreitas\u201d, refor\u00e7ou o Presidente da Acrimat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
