Ao menos \u00e9 que o afirma o ministro do Meio Ambiente, Sarney Filho. Ele diz que tem se reunido semanalmente com o relator da proposta no Congresso, e garante que o consenso est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Sarney Filho tentou criar um projeto que agradasse ambientalistas, mas n\u00e3o teve apoio do alto escal\u00e3o do governo e voltou atr\u00e1s. O ministro ent\u00e3o negociou com o deputado Mauro Pereira (PMDB-RS), relator de um texto substitutivo sobre o assunto na C\u00e2mara, com teor que agrada \u00e0 bancada ruralista. H\u00e1 pouco mais de um m\u00eas, os dois t\u00eam se encontrado todas as semanas para tentar um acordo. As altera\u00e7\u00f5es na proposta ainda est\u00e3o em sigilo, mas, nesta quarta-feira, dia 15, garantiram que est\u00e3o chegando a bom termo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">\u201cAcredito que a gente vai encontrar uma f\u00f3rmula consensual, e, se conseguirmos isso, vai ser um grande avan\u00e7o. O deputado Mauro Pereira \u00e9 autor de um substitutivo, portanto tem autonomia para mexer nele\u201d, afirma o ministro do Meio Ambiente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Pereira diz estar feliz com os resultados e acredita no consenso. \u201cEles (Meio Ambiente) tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o vendo o outro lado, que \u00e9 o setor produtivo, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos, que a nossa ind\u00fastria precisa gerar empregos\u201d, diz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">A expectativa \u00e9 que o texto final sobre o licenciamento seja conclu\u00eddo at\u00e9 mar\u00e7o. Segundo Sarney Filho, na pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira, dia 21, acontece uma reuni\u00e3o que pode ser decisiva para o processo.
