\"\"<\/a>Come\u00e7a a funcionar este m\u00eas o novo Sistema de Cadastro Ambiental Rural (SimCAR) de Mato Grosso, que foi apresentado pelo vice-governador, Carlos F\u00e1varo (PSD) ao ministro do Meio Ambiente, Sarney Filho, nesta quinta-feira (16), em Cuiab\u00e1. At\u00e9 o in\u00edcio desta semana havia 1,612 mil cadastros ambientais rurais analisados e apenas 4,52%, ou 73, aprovados na antiga base do Sistema Nacional de Cadastro Ambiental Rural (Sicar).<\/p>\n

Na base de dados do SimCAR h\u00e1 112 mil im\u00f3veis rurais inscritos para an\u00e1lise. Com o objetivo de acelerar o processo, o Executivo estadual optou por romper com o sistema de migra\u00e7\u00e3o de dados do Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR) para o Sicar no fim do ano passado. Com isso, o governo estadual retomou o controle local sobre as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es e valida\u00e7\u00f5es dos cadastros, por meio de um sistema pr\u00f3prio. De acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, para que o im\u00f3vel fique regular \u00e9 preciso que a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade no CAR seja validada pelo governo federal.<\/p>\n

\u201cO SimCAR \u00e9 uma ferramenta tecnol\u00f3gica importante e Mato Grosso toma de novo as diretrizes deste cadastro, sincronizado com o governo federal\u201d, refor\u00e7a F\u00e1varo. Segundo ele, nos primeiros meses deste ano a meta \u00e9 validar entre 10 mil a 15 mil cadastros de propriedades\/m\u00eas. \u201cO sistema foi aperfei\u00e7oado e com isso tira algumas fragilidades, como por exemplo as sobreposi\u00e7\u00f5es de propriedades\u201d.<\/p>\n

O ministro de Meio Ambiente lembra que nos \u00faltimos 2 anos, o desmatamento na Amaz\u00f4nia aumentou (entre agosto de 2014 e julho de 2015 e entre agosto de 2015 e julho de 2016). \u201cEssa tend\u00eancia de aumento \u00e9 muito preocupante para o Brasil, por causa dos nossos compromissos e principalmente por causa dos efeitos sobre a Amaz\u00f4nia\u201d. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Sema apontam que Mato Grosso teve 19% de redu\u00e7\u00e3o do desmatamento no bioma amaz\u00f4nico entre agosto de 2015 e julho de 2016.<\/p>\n

Sarney Filho garante que elaborou estrat\u00e9gias para conter o avan\u00e7o do desmatamento na regi\u00e3o, que era focado no comando e controle. \u201cEssa vertente depende que todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os estejam equipados, n\u00e3o pode faltar dinheiro. E faltou nos \u00faltimos 2 anos por causa da crise pol\u00edtica e econ\u00f4mica no pa\u00eds, que deixou a impress\u00e3o de que o estado n\u00e3o estava presente\u201d, exp\u00f4s.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do novo C\u00f3digo Florestal deixou a impress\u00e3o de que a ilegalidade poderia perdurar. \u201cMas, j\u00e1 temos informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que o desmatamento foi contido e houve diminui\u00e7\u00e3o em dezembro do ano passado\u201d.
