Ou seja, com o pre\u00e7o de um quilo da prote\u00edna bovina \u00e9 poss\u00edvel adquirir 2,57 quilos de carca\u00e7a de frango no atacado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a fevereiro do ano passado, esta rela\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 5,5% maior, o que quer dizer que a carne bovina perdeu competitividade frente \u00e0 carne de frango.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este fato vem ocorrendo desde outubro de 2016, resultado da queda de 20,1% na carca\u00e7a de frango e de 1,0% para o boi casado de animais castrados no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e1 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a janeiro deste ano a rela\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 2,0% menor.
