A entidade destaca que os produtores j\u00e1 contribuem com o Poder P\u00fablico, seja com o pagamento dos impostos, taxas e contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, seja por meio da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego e renda, que tornam Mato Grosso um dos l\u00edderes mundiais do agroneg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Diretor executivo da entidade, Luciano Vaccari destaca que a informa\u00e7\u00e3o pegou todos os produtores de surpresa. \u201cN\u00e3o aceitamos, em hip\u00f3tese nenhuma, discutir isso. Os produtores, apesar de n\u00e3o serem un\u00e2nimes, concordaram em dar uma contribui\u00e7\u00e3o maior ao Estado, com o Fethab 2, ajudando o Poder P\u00fablico a desenvolver suas a\u00e7\u00f5es. Mas este recurso \u00e9 carimbado\u201d. Atualmente, cada produtor paga R$ 40 por animal abatido, entre taxas, impostos e contribui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Entre os meses de janeiro a novembro de 2016, a pecu\u00e1ria, que contribui pelo abate e transporte para outros Estados, repassou R$ 92,7 milh\u00f5es para o Fethab. J\u00e1 nos 12 meses de 2015, o total arrecadado foi de R$ 61,25 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">A possibilidade de uso de parte da verba arrecadada com o Fethab foi revelada pelo deputado estadual e l\u00edder do governo na Assembleia Legislativa (ALMT), Dilmar Dal\u2019Bosco (DEM). Segundo o democrata, a ideia, defendida por um grupo de parlamentares, visa sanar de forma emergencial os repasses para a Sa\u00fade e o fundo seria ressarcido quando as condi\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras de Mato Grosso se normalizarem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">A ideia de Dal\u2019Bosco foi rejeitada pelo presidente do Legislativo, deputado Eduardo Botelho (PSB), que afirmou que a medida \u201cdescobriria um santo para cobrir outro\u201d, uma vez que a infraestrutura do Estado, importante tanto do ponto de vista social quanto econ\u00f4mico, tamb\u00e9m necessita de investimentos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"C-geral\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Fizeram coro ao pronunciamento de Botelho diversas lideran\u00e7as do agroneg\u00f3cio, como o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Produtores de Soja e Milho do Estado de Mato Grosso (Aprosoja), Endrigo Dalcin. \u201cN\u00f3s n\u00e3o conseguimos avan\u00e7ar muito nestes \u00faltimos anos na infraestrutura.
