\"\"<\/a>A InterCorte 2017 foi aberta oficialmente nesta quarta-feira (08), em Cuiab\u00e1. Com p\u00fablico em torno de 1,2 mil pessoas, a maioria pecuaristas, foi anunciado pelo governador do Estado de Mato Grosso, Pedro Taques, a suspens\u00e3o do aumento da al\u00edquota do Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadoria e Produtos (ICMS) para o boi comercializado vivo.<\/p>\n

A not\u00edcia foi comemorada pelo p\u00fablico presente na feira, uma das maiores do segmento e que percorre as principais regi\u00f5es produtoras de carne do pa\u00eds. Em Cuiab\u00e1, a InterCorte \u00e9 realizada pela Terraviva Eventos e Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (Acrimat). Marco T\u00falio Duarte Soares, presidente da Acrimat, destacou que se fosse s\u00f3 por este an\u00fancio, a InterCorte j\u00e1 teria valido a pena.<\/p>\n

\u201cA InterCorte \u00e9 uma oportunidade \u00fanica para discutir as tend\u00eancias do setor, fomentar a profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de carne de qualidade, compartilhar experi\u00eancias e divulgar as tecnologias dispon\u00edveis no mercado. Mas nada disso faz sentido se for sustent\u00e1vel do ponto de vista econ\u00f4mico\u201d, afirmou Marco T\u00falio com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da pauta anunciada pelo governador.<\/p>\n

A al\u00edquota que incide sobre o gado comercializado para ser abatido em outros estados seria reajustada de 7% para 12% a partir de 1\u00ba de abril. Ap\u00f3s o debate entre pecuaristas e governo, Pedro Taques decidiu suspender o aumento at\u00e9 1\u00ba julho, quando o ICMS ser\u00e1 reajustado para 9%. \u201cA partir de 1\u00ba de julho, poderemos reavaliar a base de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e estudar uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota para 7% ou at\u00e9 menos\u201d, explicou Taques.<\/p>\n

O produtor Luiz Fernando Conte, da regi\u00e3o de Juara, explicou que o aumento do ICMS inviabilizaria a pecu\u00e1ria em muitas regi\u00f5es do Estado, onde plantas frigor\u00edficas foram fechadas e os produtores n\u00e3o t\u00eam op\u00e7\u00e3o de venda. \u201cCom 7% j\u00e1 est\u00e1 dif\u00edcil manter a rentabilidade do setor, estamos em momento de baixa. Aumentar a al\u00edquota significa fechar no vermelho\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mas este n\u00e3o foi o \u00fanico anuncio feito durante a InterCorte. Ainda segundo o governador, o Instituto Mato-Grossense da Carne (Imac) passar\u00e1 a ser um novo regulador de mercado, por meio da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de notas t\u00e9cnicas. Al\u00e9m disso, segundo o governador,\u00a0 o recurso necess\u00e1rio para o Imac iniciar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o das balan\u00e7as que ser\u00e3o instaladas nos frigor\u00edficos, cerca de R$ 900 mil, foi disponibilizado nesta quarta-feira (08).<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>InterCorte<\/strong><\/p>\n

A feira de tecnologia e neg\u00f3cios da pecu\u00e1ria de corte abriu a temporada 2017 em Cuiab\u00e1 e ser\u00e1 realizada ao longo desta quarta-feira (08) e quinta-feira (09), no Centro de Eventos Pantanal. Com o tema \u201cEntender para Atender\u201d, o evento \u00e9 composto por quatro pain\u00e9is que norteiam as palestras, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de cases e debates: Sustentabilidade, Cria, Intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Carne.<\/p>\n

O presidente da Acrimat, Marco T\u00falio Duarte, explica que a pecu\u00e1ria vem evoluindo consideravelmente nos \u00faltimos anos, melhorando a efici\u00eancia e efic\u00e1cia. Para o produtor, agora \u00e9 preciso voltar o olhar para a qualidade. \u201cConquistamos muitos avan\u00e7os, com tecnologia e seriedade temos hoje o maior rebanho comercial do pa\u00eds. Agora vamos trabalhar para ter a melhor carne, agregando valor \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o e expandindo o mercado\u201d.<\/p>\n

O governador Pedro Taques destacou a qualidade do evento e import\u00e2ncia para o desenvolvimento da cadeia da carne. \u201cEste \u00e9 um evento de tecnologia e que mostra a qualidade da produ\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado. Hoje nosso rebanho tem 30\u00a0 milh\u00f5es de\u00a0 cabe\u00e7a e queremos ser produtores de carne e n\u00e3o de boi\u201d.<\/p>\n

Para Eduardo Ramos, diretor do Canal Terraviva, organizador do evento, a InterCorte \u00e9 uma refer\u00eancia no mercado da carne e por isso a empresa decidiu n\u00e3o s\u00f3 participar, mas realizar a feira.<\/p>\n

Beef Week<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paralelamente \u00e0 InterCorte, ocorre em Cuiab\u00e1 e Chapada dos Guimar\u00e3es a Beef Week, um festival que re\u00fane 16 restaurantes com pratos especiais com cortes bovinos. A iniciativa visa mostrar aos consumidores a qualidade e versatilidade da carne bovina, ao tempo que o pecuarista exp\u00f5e no prato o resultado de seu trabalho no campo.<\/p>\n

O festival acontece de 07 a 12 de mar\u00e7o em 14 restaurantes de Cuiab\u00e1 e dois de Chapada dos Guimar\u00e3es com pratos que custam no m\u00e1ximo R$ 50.
