\"\"<\/a>Na contram\u00e3o da maioria dos estados, Mato Grosso registrou alta de 2,7% no n\u00famero de animais abatidos no \u00faltimo trimestre de 2016 em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2015. Este crescimento de 30 mil animais \u2013 passando de 1,123 milh\u00e3o para 1,153 milh\u00e3o, de acordo com os n\u00fameros divulgados pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica (IBGE), \u00e9 decorrente da melhor produtividade do rebanho local e aumento da demanda no final do ano.<\/p>\n

No Brasil, o \u00faltimo trimestre registou queda de 3,7% no total de abates, fechando em 7,4 milh\u00f5es ante 7,6 milh\u00f5es em 2015. De acordo com o diretor executivo da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (Acrimat), Luciano Vacari, com o aumento do rebanho e da produtividade no estado, os abates t\u00eam apresentado varia\u00e7\u00e3o positiva mesmo com redu\u00e7\u00e3o no consumo.<\/p>\n

\u201cMato Grosso atingiu 30,2 milh\u00f5es de animais e reduziu seu ciclo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, est\u00e1 produzindo mais carne em menos tempo. Essa efici\u00eancia tem reflexo nos abates e tamb\u00e9m no pre\u00e7o, que registrou queda nos \u00faltimos meses de 2016 justamente pela maior oferta em detrimento da demanda\u201d, detalha.<\/p>\n

Para 2017, a estabilidade no desemprego e a perspectiva de crescimento do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) devem garantir aumento no consumo interno da carne. \u201cQuando a renda do brasileiro fica comprometida, ele tende a migrar o consumo para prote\u00ednas mais baratas. Por\u00e9m, com a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de receita familiar, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 a carne voltar para a mesa\u201d, explica Vacari.<\/p>\n

VBP<\/strong><\/p>\n

O Valor Bruto da Produ\u00e7\u00e3o (VBP) da pecu\u00e1ria em 2017 em Mato Grosso est\u00e1 estimado em R$ 10.136 bilh\u00f5es, 6,5% a menos do que em 2016. Apesar das perspectivas de aumento no consumo interno, a oferta de animais tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 alta e com isso os pre\u00e7os n\u00e3o devem crescer na mesma propor\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com Luciano Vacari, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da arroba n\u00e3o segue o mesmo ritmo do consumo. \u201cAs vendas no balc\u00e3o v\u00e3o aumentar, mas isso demora para chegar at\u00e9 o pecuarista.
