{"id":97981370,"date":"2017-04-26T11:19:25","date_gmt":"2017-04-26T14:19:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/acrimat.org.br\/portal\/?p=97981370"},"modified":"2017-04-26T11:19:25","modified_gmt":"2017-04-26T14:19:25","slug":"relatorio-final-diz-que-5-plantas-frigorificas-podem-ser-reabertas-em-mt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acrimat.org.br\/portal\/relatorio-final-diz-que-5-plantas-frigorificas-podem-ser-reabertas-em-mt\/","title":{"rendered":"Relat\u00f3rio final diz que 5 plantas frigor\u00edficas podem ser reabertas em MT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/acrimat.org.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/FRIGORIFICO-2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-97977119\" src=\"http:\/\/acrimat.org.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/FRIGORIFICO-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>O relat\u00f3rio final da Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI) que investigou a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos frigor\u00edficos de Mato Grosso prop\u00f5e, entre outros pontos, a reabertura de cinco unidades de processamento, uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o na contagem de propriedades rurais e no n\u00famero de rebanho bovino no Estado, e ainda a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de mais profissionais veterin\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>A pauta foi aprovada na Assembleia em 5 de abril e foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial Eletr\u00f4nico da AL em 17 de abril. A CPI foi trabalhada durante 10 meses e foi s\u00f3 foi aprovada pelos deputados quatro meses ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do relat\u00f3rio final.<\/p>\n<p>O documento afirma que as plantas frigor\u00edficas Mato Grosso Bovinos, em Mirassol D\u2019Oeste; Frigor\u00edfico Juruena, em Juruena; Brasfri, em Nova Monte Verde; JBS, em Vila Rica e Brasnorte e Marfrig Global Foods, em Nova Xavantina, podem voltar a realizar abates de bovinos.<\/p>\n<p>A publica\u00e7\u00e3o pontua que sugeriu ao Governo Estadual a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio do Instituto de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria (Indea), de uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do cadastramento das propriedades rurais e do n\u00famero de cabe\u00e7as de gado, aproveitando a etapa de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o contra febre aftosa que ser\u00e1 realizada no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto prop\u00f5e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de cons\u00f3rcios de servi\u00e7o de Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de Produtos e Subprodutos de Origem Animal (Sisbi POA) entre os munic\u00edpios que possuem dificuldade de instala\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de origem animal. Isso poder\u00e1 possibilitar a ades\u00e3o dos cons\u00f3rcios ao Sisbi POA e tamb\u00e9m que seja dado aos frigor\u00edficos, sob inspe\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, a mesma possibilidade de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de seus produtos.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dessas quest\u00f5es, a Assembleia pedir\u00e1 ao Executivo que proceda uma pol\u00edtica tribut\u00e1ria clara e de incentivos fiscais igualit\u00e1ria, para que a livre concorr\u00eancia seja incentivada. O documento argumenta que isso dar\u00e1 condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que as empresas em opera\u00e7\u00e3o se mantenham no mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Outro \u00f3rg\u00e3o que ser\u00e1 informado sobre as conclus\u00f5es da CPI \u00e9 o Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria e Abastecimento (Mapa).
