Bovinos da ra\u00e7a Nelore com idade entre oito e 30 meses ser\u00e3o avaliados no julgamento de campo que ser\u00e1 realizado durante a 53\u00aa Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o Agropecu\u00e1ria (Expoagro) de Cuiab\u00e1.<\/p>\n

O concurso consiste em uma premia\u00e7\u00e3o para os animais com melhor avalia\u00e7\u00e3o visual feita por um jurado credenciado pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira dos Criadores de Zebu (ABCZ) e que tenham sido criados a pasto. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 promovida entre os dias 10 e 14 de julho.<\/p>\n

Os campeonatos ser\u00e3o divididos em v\u00e1rias categorias em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da idade: com idade entre 7 e 11 meses, os machos participar\u00e3o do Campeonato Bezerro e as f\u00eameas do Campeonato Bezerra. Animais com idade entre 12 e 16 meses participar\u00e3o do Campeonato Soberano. Entre 16 e 24 meses participar\u00e3o do Campeonato Garrote, no caso dos machos e Campeonato Novilha, para as f\u00eameas.<\/p>\n

Animais com idade entre 24 e 30 meses ser\u00e3o avaliados nas categorias Touro Jovem e F\u00eamea Jovem, enquanto que os animais com idade entre 30 e 36 meses ser\u00e3o avaliados nas categorias Touro S\u00eanior e F\u00eamea Adulta.<\/p>\n

Para o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Nelore de Mato Grosso (ACNMT), M\u00e1rio Roberto Candia de Figueiredo, o julgamento a campo \u00e9 uma forma de reconhecer a qualidade dos bovinos mato-grossenses, o que revela o empenho e habilidade dos criadores empregada na pecu\u00e1ria mato-grossense.<\/p>\n

O diretor-t\u00e9cnico da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (Acrimat), Francisco de Sales Manzi, explica que o julgamento a campo consiste em uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o visual, usada para constatar a qualidade dos bovinos criados a campo.
