Ao ano, a alta deve ficar em torno de 2,1%, abaixo das taxas para su\u00ednos (2,5%) e frango (2,8%), mas elevada o bastante para suprir o mercado dom\u00e9stico e as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es. A proje\u00e7\u00e3o estima que 11,44 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de carne bovina ser\u00e3o produzidas em 2027. Em 2017, esse n\u00famero deve ficar na casa das 9,5 milh\u00f5es de toneladas. Os pre\u00e7os ao produtor tamb\u00e9m devem crescer na pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada, acompanhando a expans\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De toda a carne bovina que deve ser produzida no pa\u00eds em 2026\/2027, 78,3% ser\u00e1 destinada ao consumo interno. A demanda dom\u00e9stica por carnes tamb\u00e9m crescer\u00e1 no per\u00edodo, mas em taxas inferiores, chegando a um aumento de 15,8% no per\u00edodo. O relat\u00f3rio coloca que o mercado dom\u00e9stico consumir\u00e1 cerca de 8,96 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de carne bovina em 2027 contra 7,74 milh\u00f5es de toneladas este ano.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es brasileiras v\u00e3o se expandir em uma m\u00e9dia anual de 3%. O Departamento de Agricultura dos Estados Unidos (USDA), em relat\u00f3rio, projeta o Brasil como o primeiro exportador de carne bovina em 2026, com a Austr\u00e1lia em segundo, seguida por \u00cdndia e Estados Unidos. A estimativa do Mapa \u00e9 de que 2,42 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de carne bovina sejam embarcadas em 2027. Este ano, o valor deve ser de 1,8 milh\u00f5es de toneladas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abates &#8211; <\/strong>De acordo com o IBGE, foram abatidas em 2016 quase 29,7 milh\u00f5es de cabe\u00e7as em todo o pa\u00eds.
