Caso as informa\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema n\u00e3o sejam atualizadas, haver\u00e1 san\u00e7\u00f5es, com possibilidade de suspens\u00e3o da atividade rural.<\/p>\n<p>A necessidade de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o se deve \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a de gest\u00e3o do sistema. Antes sob gest\u00e3o federal, com o nome Sistema Nacional de Cadastro Ambiental Rural (Sicar), agora o acompanhamento e monitoramento dos im\u00f3veis rurais ser\u00e3o exclusivamente responsabilidade do Governo de Mato Grosso, via Sistema Mato-Grossense de Cadastro Ambiental Rural (Simcar).<\/p>\n<p>Os produtores que n\u00e3o realizarem a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o ficam com licen\u00e7as como o Plano de Explora\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal (PEF), a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de queima e a Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o Provis\u00f3ria de Funcionamento de Atividade Rural (APF-Rural) suspensos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExatamente por isso \u00e9 fundamental que todos os agricultores que j\u00e1 tiverem realizado o CAR anteriormente acessem o novo sistema e fa\u00e7am atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es cadastrais. Caso eles n\u00e3o realizem no prazo e haja uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em sua propriedade, eles podem ser multados\u201d, explica a assessora de pol\u00edtica socioambiental da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Produtores de Soja e Milho (Aprosoja), Marlene Lima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SEM CAR &#8211;<\/strong> Para os produtores rurais de Mato Grosso que n\u00e3o realizaram o Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR), o prazo \u00e9 diferente.
