Segundo fontes que acompanham o caso, os advogados das empresas chegaram a propor um acordo para permitir a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, mas as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o avan\u00e7aram.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de ser envolvido na dela\u00e7\u00e3o de executivos da JBS, o Cade julgar\u00e1 o caso nesta quarta-feira, 18. Apesar de a JBJ ser uma empresa independente da JBS, o conselho v\u00ea problemas na opera\u00e7\u00e3o justamente pelo parentesco entre os donos dos dois grupos, j\u00e1 que a compra de mais um frigor\u00edfico poderia aumentar indiretamente a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado da empresa de Joesley por meio de troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e combina\u00e7\u00f5es entre os irm\u00e3os.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta segunda-feira, 16, advogados se reuniram com o relator do processo, Alexandre Cordeiro. A empresa sugeriu adotar pol\u00edticas de governan\u00e7a que barrassem a troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es entre JBJ e JBS.
