Ao contr\u00e1rio das exporta\u00e7\u00f5es, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos do mercado internacional pelo Estado recuou em 32,39% neste in\u00edcio de 2018. Enquanto no 1o bimestre de 2017 foram investidos US$ 224,116 milh\u00f5es na compra de produtos importa- dos, este ano o investimento n\u00e3o ultrapassou US$ 151,522 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Por meio do Porto Seco de Cuiab\u00e1 foram \u201cdesembara\u00e7adas\u201d a entrada de produtos que resultaram na movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de US$ 4,694 milh\u00f5es, informa o diretor da esta\u00e7\u00e3o aduaneira, Francisco Almeida. Segundo ele, desde 2014 as importa\u00e7\u00f5es em Mato Grosso t\u00eam diminu\u00eddo gradativamente. De l\u00e1 para c\u00e1, o Porto Seco registra queda de 88,63% nos valores transacionados. Antes do in\u00edcio da crise econ\u00f4mica brasileira, a esta\u00e7\u00e3o aduaneira chegou a movimentar US$ 440 milh\u00f5es e ano passado caiu para US$ 50 milh\u00f5es. Para Almeida, a reformula\u00e7\u00e3o na pol\u00edtica de incentivos fiscais pelo governo afetou os investimentos, especialmente a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de maquin\u00e1rios e equipamentos pelas ind\u00fastrias e pelo com\u00e9rcio.<\/p>\n

Para o economista Vitor Galesso, a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o dos auditores fiscais, iniciada em novembro de 2017, prejudica a importa\u00e7\u00e3o e exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos. Para evitar um impacto maior, ele avalia que o governo federal e estadual precisa intervir. Entre os produtos que se sobressaem na pauta de importa\u00e7\u00f5es de Mato Grosso est\u00e3o os componentes para uso agropecu\u00e1rio, como pot\u00e1ssio e ureia e fertilizantes. Em Cuiab\u00e1, o Porto Seco recebe principalmente pneus e equipamentos para atender a demanda do agroneg\u00f3cio, especialmente silos-bolsa, explica Almeida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
