No mercado atacadista de carne bovina, em S\u00e3o Paulo, em junho, o boi casado de animais castrados teve queda de 0,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a m\u00e9dia de maio de 2018.<\/p>\n

A demanda est\u00e1 aqu\u00e9m do esperado e colabora para este cen\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Para a carca\u00e7a de frango, o cen\u00e1rio \u00e9 de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o. A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o dos caminhoneiros prejudicou a produ\u00e7\u00e3o e a menor oferta da carca\u00e7a dispon\u00edvel colaborou para alta de 15,1% em junho em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00faltimo m\u00eas.<\/p>\n

Atualmente, a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de troca entre a prote\u00edna bovina e a de frango est\u00e1 em 2,27, ou seja, com o pre\u00e7o de um quilo de boi casado no atacado \u00e9 poss\u00edvel adquirir 2,27 quilos de carca\u00e7a de frango.<\/p>\n

Em maio esta rela\u00e7\u00e3o era 13,6% menor, isso quer dizer que a carne bovina ganhou competitividade frente a carne de frango no \u00faltimo m\u00eas.<\/p>\n
