Desde o in\u00edcio do movimento de alta, o aumento foi de 3,1%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O momento atual de entressafra resulta na diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta de mat\u00e9ria-prima, fator que colabora com a firmeza nos pre\u00e7os. Mas n\u00e3o s\u00f3 de oferta formam-se os pre\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por mais que exista a impress\u00e3o de que a demanda por carne bovina nos \u00faltimos meses esteja fragilizada, segundo os \u00faltimos dados do IBGE, o abate de bovinos no primeiro trimestre de 2018 foi 4,3% maior do que no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E, neste mesmo intervalo, na m\u00e9dia de todos os cortes da carne bovina os pre\u00e7os se sustentaram, ao menos em valores nominais, ou seja, se h\u00e1 mais bovinos sendo abatidos, h\u00e1 mais carne sendo produzida e como os pre\u00e7os n\u00e3o cederam, o consumo, ao que tudo indica, foi suficiente para atender o incremento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o mercado externo tamb\u00e9m colaborou com o escoamento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o das cota\u00e7\u00f5es.
