O Valor Bruto da Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Agropecu\u00e1ria (VBP) encerra o ano de 2018 em R$ 569,8 bilh\u00f5es, menor do que o valor recorde obtido em 2017, de R$ 582,3 bilh\u00f5es. Os valores da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de algod\u00e3o e de soja foram os maiores registrados na s\u00e9rie iniciada em 1989. Esses resultados trouxeram importantes benef\u00edcios, especialmente \u00e0queles estados onde predominam as lavouras desses produtos, como Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goi\u00e1s e Bahia.<\/p>\n

Os produtos que deram maior sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o ao VBP foram algod\u00e3o, caf\u00e9 e soja, embora cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar e milho tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o destacados por expressiva participa\u00e7\u00e3o no valor gerado.<\/p>\n

O ano n\u00e3o foi favor\u00e1vel para a pecu\u00e1ria, que teve redu\u00e7\u00e3o de valor em suas principais atividades, como carne bovina, frango, carne su\u00edna, leite e ovos. Pre\u00e7os internacionais e retra\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo interno est\u00e3o associados a esse desempenho, analisa Jos\u00e9 Garcia Gasques, coordenador-geral de Estudos e An\u00e1lises da Secretaria de Pol\u00edtica Agr\u00edcola do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria e Abastecimento.<\/p>\n

Um balan\u00e7o dos resultados dos estados mostra que nove tiveram aumento real do valor da produ\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o eles Bahia, Piau\u00ed, Rio Grande do Norte, Maranh\u00e3o, Minas Gerais, Esp\u00edrito Santo e os estados Centro-Oeste (exceto o DF).As quedas de valor foram observadas em estados do Nordeste, em toda a regi\u00e3o Sul, parte do Sudeste e alguns estados do Norte.<\/p>\n

VBP 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

As perspectivas para 2019 mostram aumento do faturamento devido, principalmente, \u00e0 melhoria da pecu\u00e1ria, que mostra crescimento em quase todas suas atividades. As primeiras estimativas mostram crescimento de 2,1% do VBP em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00faltimo ano, o que representa faturamento de R$ 581,6 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
