A Sociedade Rural Brasileira (SRB) ajuizou junto ao Supremo Tribunal Federal, A\u00e7\u00e3o Direta de Inconstitucionalidade (ADIN) com o objetivo de que aquela Corte reconhe\u00e7a a inconstitucionalidade da Lei Estadual que criou o Fundo Estadual de Transporte e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (FETHAB).<\/p>\n

Certamente que, se o STF acolher os argumentos constantes da ADIN, isto poder\u00e1 provocar novas mudan\u00e7as envolvendo taxa\u00e7\u00e3o\/tributa\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Governo do Estado de Mato Grosso sobre nossa classe.<\/p>\n

No entanto, estamos acompanhando os acontecimentos envolvendo este assunto, pois historicamente, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Criadores de Mato Grosso (ACRIMAT) sempre se colocou contra transfer\u00eancias de renda do setor sobre qualquer forma de impostos ou taxas, por isso, estamos buscando informa\u00e7\u00f5es que possam apontar eventuais impactos prejudicais aos neg\u00f3cios da pecu\u00e1ria em Mato Grosso.<\/p>\n

Portanto, neste momento, n\u00e3o temos de forma precisa como avaliar cen\u00e1rios futuros de eventuais a\u00e7\u00f5es da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, sejam eles eventuais al\u00edquotas ou fazer valer a incid\u00eancia do ICMS sobre os animais destinados ao abate.<\/p>\n
