Nascido em Estrela do Sul (MG), C\u00e9lio chegou em Rondon\u00f3polis em 1962.<br><br>Vindo de uma fam\u00edlia de pecuaristas, ele teve o pai como a grande inspira\u00e7\u00e3o e fonte de aprendizado para lidar com o gado. A decis\u00e3o de vir para Rondon\u00f3polis foi acertada e, com o tempo, se tornou um dos maiores pecuaristas do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sua vida foi dedicada ao trabalho e \u00e0 fam\u00edlia.
