Essa vitamina \u00e9 uma das mais importantes para o metabolismo celular, mem\u00f3ria, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia, e fun\u00e7\u00e3o cognitiva\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nutricionista ressalta que a prote\u00edna vermelha deve ser consumida acima dos 70\u00ba C para evitar contamina\u00e7\u00e3o por parasitas e bact\u00e9rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a pesquisa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uel.br\/grupo-pesquisa\/gpac\/pages\/arquivos\/consumo%20de%20carne%20revisado%20II%20livro%20ronaldo.pdf\">&#8220;Consumo de carne bovina e sa\u00fade humana:converg\u00eancias e diverg\u00eancias&#8221;<\/a>, realizada pela agr\u00f4noma Ana Maria Bridi, o brasileiro consome em m\u00e9dia 92 kg de carne per capita ao ano, sendo desse total, 40 kg s\u00f3 de carne bovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas os benef\u00edcios do consumo de carne vermelha n\u00e3o param por a\u00ed. Seu consumo auxilia no combate \u00e0 anemia ferropriva, um tipo de anemia que acontece devido \u00e0 falta de ferro no organismo, o que diminui a quantidade de hemoglobina e, consequentemente, hem\u00e1cias, que s\u00e3o as c\u00e9lulas do sangue respons\u00e1veis por transportar oxig\u00eanio para todos os tecidos do corpo. Sem ferro suficiente, os gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos n\u00e3o conseguem transportar a quantidade necess\u00e1ria de oxig\u00eanio para os tecidos do corpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A defici\u00eancia de ferro leva \u00e0 anemia, ou seja, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e9lulas sangu\u00edneas, e pode retardar o desenvolvimento dos fetos. O tratamento inclui suplementos de ferro e foco nas causas subjacentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A anemia macroc\u00edtica se caracteriza quando gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos est\u00e3o aumentados de tamanho. O tipo megalobl\u00e1stico \u00e9 o mais comum, e em geral \u00e9 causada pela falta de vitamina B12 ou folato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para tratamento normalmente s\u00e3o aplicadas inje\u00e7\u00f5es ou suplementos de vitamina B12 e \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.
