A palestra fez parte do projeto de produ\u00e7\u00e3o Sustent\u00e1vel de Bezerros, desenvolvido pela Acrimat em parceria com o IDH e grupo Carrefour. \u00a0E ainda falando de produtores, o Imea realizou uma importante pesquisa em Mato Grosso, que identificou que o setor da pecu\u00e1ria n\u00e3o \u00e9 formado, em sua maioria, por grandes fazendeiros. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, s\u00e3o os pequenos e m\u00e9dios produtores, com at\u00e9 mil cabe\u00e7as de gado, os respons\u00e1veis ela maior parte da atividade no Estado. O podcast traz ainda uma gama de possibilidades do uso do boi como mat\u00e9ria-prima para outros produtos, al\u00e9m da carne, e os produtores devem ficar atentos \u00e0s oportunidades de neg\u00f3cio.
