Ela estava internada desde o dia 1\u00ba de maio por conta de um n\u00f3dulo no p\u00e2ncreas. Natural da cidade de Mogi Mirim no Interior do estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, era formada em jornalismo, tinha 39 anos e foi eleita deputada federal em 2022 por Mato Grosso, com mais de 70 mil votos. Am\u00e1lia era vice-presidente do PL Mulher Nacional e integrou as comiss\u00f5es de Defesa dos Direitos das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia, dos Direitos da Mulher e da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.
